What is Zoho One?
Zoho One packages most of Zoho’s business applications into a single subscription. An organization that signs up gets access to more than 45 apps, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk for customer support, Zoho People for HR, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, the low-code platform Zoho Creator and the Zoho Workplace collaboration tools built around Zoho Mail. Because the apps share user accounts, data and built-in integrations, a deal won in the CRM can become an invoice in the accounting app without a separate connector.
Administration is centralized. A unified admin panel handles adding and removing users, assigning apps, single sign-on, permissions and security policies across the suite, and it includes mobile device management. Zoho sells Zoho One in two ways: All Employee Pricing, which requires licensing every employee on the payroll in return for the lowest per-person rate, and Flexible User Pricing, which lets a company license only some staff at a higher price per user.
In November 2025 Zoho redesigned Zoho One around AI and context. The new interface groups apps and information into personal, organization and department spaces, an Action Panel keeps meetings, tasks, messages and email within reach from any app, and the Zia assistant can search and answer questions using data from across the suite. Zoho says more than 75,000 businesses use Zoho One and that customers run about 22 of its apps on average. Zoho markets the suite as an operating system for business.
Key features of Zoho One
- 01
More than 45 integrated apps
The suite covers sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, project management, analytics, collaboration and custom app building, so a business can run most departments on Zoho software under one contract.
- 02
Unified admin panel
Administrators add and remove users, assign apps, set permissions and enforce security policies for the whole organization from one console instead of managing each application separately.
- 03
Single sign-on and directory
Employees sign in once to reach their Zoho apps, a shared directory keeps accounts consistent across the suite, and single sign-on can extend to supported third-party applications.
- 04
Spaces and Action Panel
Introduced in 2025, spaces organize apps and information by personal, organization and department context, while the Action Panel brings meetings, tasks, messages and email into any app.
- 05
Zia across the suite
Zoho’s Zia assistant gathers data from multiple apps, answers questions through an Ask Zia toolbar and organizes items such as contracts and meeting recordings in Zia Hubs.
- 06
Cross-app integrations
Built-in connections pass data between Zoho apps, such as turning CRM deals into invoices, and workflow-based integrations handle tasks that span departments, like offboarding a departing employee.
- 07
Analytics and dashboards
Zoho Analytics pulls data from the suite’s apps into cross-functional reports and dashboards, giving managers a combined view of sales, finance, support and operations.
- 08
Low-code app building
Zoho Creator, included in the suite, lets companies build custom applications and workflows that use data from other Zoho One apps when no ready-made app fits a need.

- Companies build custom internal apps with Zoho Creator that draw on sales, finance and HR data already stored in the suite.
History of Zoho One
Zoho launched Zoho One in 2017, more than a decade after it began releasing individual web applications, offering most of them as a single bundle priced per employee. The company has promoted the suite as an operating system for business, and Zoho One grew as Zoho added new applications; by 2022 it had become Zoho’s largest revenue-generating suite after CRM and CRM Plus and was used by about 50,000 businesses.
In November 2025 Zoho relaunched Zoho One with a redesigned interface built around spaces, an Action Panel, a unified portal that combines app-specific portals, the Vani visual collaboration app and broader use of Zia AI. At that point Zoho said the suite included more than 50 applications and had more than 75,000 customers worldwide.
